The municipality of Helmond and association Onsecondary Education (OMO) intend to realize the Sports and Experience Campus De Braak (Campus De Braak). The tender is aimed at contracting Contractors for:

1. Plot 1: Realization MFSA Campus De Braak — Architectural;

2. Plot 2: Realization MFSA Campus De Braak — Electrotechnical installations;

3. Plot 3: Realization MFSA Campus De Braak — Mechanical engineering installations.

The work includes the whole range of supplies and work required for the architectural realization of the MFSA Campus De Braak.

The work also includes:

- the elaboration of the specifications to the final working drawings;

- manufacturing and supplying the detailed calculations, drawings and component selections;

- the manufacture, supply and submission of the necessary recess, detail and revision drawings;

- the manufacture and supply of the revision documents, operating and maintenance instructions;

- coordinating the own activities with the work of the electrical and mechanical contractor.

- aligning your own work with the activities of third parties where necessary.

- aligning with the Client and conducting consultations with other stakeholders.

The work includes the set of supplies and work required for putting into work and making the electrical installations operational, including communication and security installations, excluding stadium technical installations and user installations, for the benefit of the new construction of the MFSA Campus De Braak. The maintenance of the electrical installations for a period of 2 to 5 years after completion (the registration guide indicates the exact duration) is also part of the scope of this Plot.

The work also includes:

- the elaboration of the specifications to the final working drawings;

- manufacturing and supplying the detailed calculations, drawings and component selections;

- the manufacture, supply and submission of the necessary recess, detail and revision drawings;

- the manufacture and supply of test reports, measurement and control statements;

- the manufacture and supply of the revision documents, operating and maintenance instructions;

- aligning with the Client and conducting consultations with other stakeholders.
