The purpose of the framework agreement is to carry out entomological surveillance and intervention missions around detections and prospecting, treatment and work around places frequented by human cases of diseases transmitted by mosquito vectors for all 6 departments of the Center-Loire Valley region. The incumbent will carry out all of these vector control missions in a non-epidemic situation. In the event of an epidemic of vector-borne disease, if the holder's means are exceeded, the prefect of the department can trigger the ORSEC plan and mobilize other operators.
