The shredder must meet the following parameters:
1) Container chassis minimum 1-axle
2) Type of minimum comminuted materials: bulky waste, green waste, industrial waste, municipal waste
3) Minimum grinding efficiency: bulky waste 15 t / h, green waste 45 t / h, municipal waste: 45 t / h; preceded by a test
4) Hopper capacity: minimum 5.5 m
5) Possibility to move the material in the charging chamber by means of a folding part of the charging hopper from the unloading side (where the conveyor is located)
6) One-piece main conveyor with a minimum length of 9,700 mm
7) Unloading height at an angle of inclination 30
8) The belt can be moved backwards to unlock accumulated material between the shafts and the conveyor
9) Hydraulic height adjustment of the magnet over the conveyor with a remote control during machine operation
10) Adjusting the conveyor discharge height from the control panel in manual mode and from the remote control in work mode
11) Diagnostic system with troubleshooting tips
12) Machine weight with magnetic separator and axle with wheels - about 17 to 30 tons with a tolerance of 5%
13) Extinguishing system in the engine compartment
14) Propulsion: diesel engine with a minimum power of 270 kW

The contractor will deliver the machine to the premises of the Employer, perform assembly, installation in the indicated place, provide user manual and warranty cards, and train the crew. These elements should be included in the bid price.
The Contractor guarantees service during the post-warranty period, for a period of 10 years from the date of the parties signing the final acceptance report, in the scope of removing defects of devices covered by the contract, while the Employer is not obliged to use the Contractor's service during the post-warranty period.
