The client intends to award planning services for the renovation and expansion of the citizens' station in Wesseling. The subject of the invitation to tender is lot 1 in the project planning from the execution planning (service phases 5-9 in the sense of § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI), in lot 2 the planning of the technical building equipment (TGA) for the system group (AG) 1-3 from the execution planning (LP 5-9 in the sense of §§ 53, 55 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI), in lot 3 the planning of the TGA for the AG 4 -6 from execution planning (LP 5-9 in the sense of §§ 53, 55 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI) and in lot 4 the structural planning from the approval planning (LP 4-9 in the sense of §§ 49, 51 in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI). Approval planning exists for object planning. Approval planning is available for planning the technical building equipment. A draft plan is available for the structural planning. The approval planning and the draft planning are to be continued with the planning services to be awarded.

A draft plan is available for the structural planning. The design planning is to be continued with the planning services to be awarded. The historic station building is a listed building. This should be renovated. In addition, a one-storey outbuilding is to be demolished and replaced by a two-storey new building.
