The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Provision of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Municipality of the City of Toruń and accompanying services related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Commune in the years 2024-2025.

A detailed description of the object of the contract is contained in the template of the contract and the annexes to the model contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex 2 to the model contract:

1) provision of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Municipality of the City of Toruń (hereinafter: the Municipality) and accompanying services related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Commune,

2) providing property owners with containers and bags intended for the collection of different types of waste, having coloring and labelling in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Specific Regulations and the OPZ and providing services related to the maintenance of containers in the appropriate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition,

3) transport and transfer of collected waste to the Municipal Installation indicated by the Ordering Party in § 1 clauses 3 and 4,

4) running two Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK), including one with the function of preparing selected waste fractions for reuse;

5) removal of municipal waste from places not intended for their storage and storage within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587) located in the area owned by the Municipality;

6) organising and running a point dealing with the day-to-day service of residents;

7) the conduct of educational and outreach activities in the field of services provided by the Contractor and the selective collection of municipal waste.

1.2. As part of the performance of the service and remuneration referred to in § 7 of the model contract, the Contractor is obliged to transfer the collected municipal waste free of charge to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant at 37/53 Kociewska Street in Toruń on the terms agreed with the entrepreneur operating this installation – Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania Sp. z o.o., subject to point 1.3.

1.3. As part of the obligation referred to in point 1.2. The Contractor is obliged to transfer a part of the stream of collected municipal waste in the total amount of 30,000 Mg during the calendar year, directly to the Reloading Station of the Municipal Waste Thermal Treatment Plant at 40-44 Kociewska Street in Toruń. In order to document the transfer of waste to the ZTPOK Reloading Station during this period, the Contractor is obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority a weighing list referred to in §6 section 3 point 2 of the model contract.

1.4. A detailed description of the object of the contract is contained in the template of the contract and the annexes to the model contract.

1.5. The subject of the contract will be implemented in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, not earlier than from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
