1. Traffic facility planning according to HOAI § 47 LPH 1-3 and 5-9

2. Object planning for civil engineering structures according to HOAI § 43 LPH 1-9

Rehabilitation of the canal.

3. Object planning for engineering structures according to HOAI § 43 LPH 1-9

Renewal of the drinking water pipe.

Three different planning services are required.

1. Traffic facility planning according to § 47 HOAI:

The huge masses of water flowing over Euskirchener Straße have caused damage to the roadway, down to the lower substructure layers, the pavements, the surface drainage and the neighbouring green areas over the entire length and width. The damage is so substantial, varied, numerous and has such an enormous individual density that a complete restoration is unavoidable.

In principle, Euskirchener Straße is to be restored and repaired, taking into account the traffic function, the existing road cross-sections and technical equipment as well as the technical regulations, depending on the extent of the damage.

In addition, 2 bus stops for public bus services must be set up in Euskirchener Straße. Furthermore, the original furniture and green areas (planting beds, bookcases, benches, etc.) must be restored.

The parking lot northwest of the Erft Bridge, which is also flooded, is also to be restored.

In the course of the Integrated Urban Development Concept (ISEK) for the district of Iversheim, citizen information events have already been held in advance, the results of which are to be taken into account in the planning after consultation with the working group. These public information events mainly consisted of speed-reducing measures, greater safety for pedestrians by widening pavements, optimisation of public transport stops, orderly and suitable parking facilities and the interests of cycling within the planning area. The plan is to be presented in the context of 1-2 further citizen information events. The results of this are also to be adopted accordingly after consultation with the client.

The total length of the extension is approx. 1,110 m. This consists of a road section of Euskirchener Straße with a length of approx. 1000m, a road section of Am Bloch street, which covers approx. 55 m, and a road section of Wachendorfer Weg, which covers approx. 55 m.

The cross-sectional width is approx. 8-10 m.

There will be a step-by-step commissioning. Initially, only LPH 1-3 will be permanently commissioned. The commissioning of LPH 5-9 is optional.

2. Object planning for civil engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI:

The damaged sewer is to be rehabilitated.

There will be a step-by-step commissioning. Initially, only LPH 1-4 will be permanently commissioned. The commissioning of LPH 5-9 is optional.

3. Object planning for engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI:

The drinking water pipe needs to be replaced.

There will be a step-by-step commissioning. Initially, only LPH 1-4 will be permanently commissioned. The commissioning of LPH 5-9 is optional.
