Details of the tasks entrusted to the incumbent are set out in the specifications. It includes several buildings that will be restructured more or less:

— Building 1: four-level teaching, very partial rehabilitation;

— Building 2-8: restoration, education, housing 4, total rehabilitation;

— Building 3: two-level gymnasium, very partial rehabilitation (upgrading to PMR standards);

— Building 4/6: CDI one level, total restructuring;

— Building 5: houses a level, little work in this building;

— Building 9: boiler room, construction.

In total restructuring of 4,500 m2 and rehabilitation of 800 m2 . Work on the implementation of bridges between buildings and HRD work will also be carried out in this operation. Projected estimate of the work: EUR 6 400 000 excl. VAT.
