Managed service for Oracle DB operations (quality assurance services and on-site support)
During the performance period, the following services are to be provided by the contractor (contractor):
- Quality assurance services (services under contract for work and services)
In terms of standardization, platform-related services are to be offered as separately available packages with a fixed price. The packages are called up as needed, there is no obligation on the part of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) to call up a certain quantity of these packages.
- On-site support of the central database operation (managed service)
The managed service "on-site support" is compensated in a fixed monthly flat rate.
The architecture as well as hardware and software (characteristics, products and versions) can change during the term of the contract as part of innovation cycles. These changes will be cost-neutral for the OAG.
