Gateway Housing Association have undertaken a competition under Category 9 — asbestos – surveying and testing of procurement for housing's compliance services and associated works dynamic purchasing system, OJEU Contract Notice — 2018/S 171-388633, in order to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake asbestos surveying and testing at properties owned/managed by Gateway Housing Association. It is intended that the contract will run for an initial term of 3 years, extendable for a further term of 2 years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Gateway Housing Association. The estimated contract value for asbestos surveying and testing is 40 000 GBP (exc. VAT) in year one and 30 000 GBP (exc. VAT) per annum in subsequent years. Gateway Housing Association will utilise bespoke terms and conditions.
