Municipality of Villers-lès-Cagnicourt — construction of the intermunicipal wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 900 EH.

Construction of the intercommunal sewage treatment plant of activated sludge type low load with infiltration ponds. The technical and economic study of the construction of the Villers-lès-Cagnicourt wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 900 EH, of the type activated sludge with low load, whose main works are:

— the foundations of the works;

— the extension of the discharge networks (terminal emissaries) until the new works;

— a head lift post;

— an automatic curved degriler (gap 15 mm) and its by-pass;

— a desandable channel and a simplified degreaser with two sand and grease storage pits with a volume of 5 m 3 each. The company is allowed to carry out a single compartmentalized pit (2 × 5 m 3);

— an aeration basin equipped with a surface turbine;

— a degassing structure and a floating tarpaulin;

— a clarifier equipped with a radial scraper bridge;

— a flow metric channel;

— an all-water post;

— a liquid sludge storage silo of usable volume 250 m 3 with agitators;

— an operating building;

— two sand filters and two treated water seepage ponds.

The provision and installation of all networks:

— the supply and installation of all the connecting lines necessary for the operation of the works;

— the supply and installation of drinking water and industrial water networks where appropriate;

— scabbans (electricity and telecommunication) between different structures, including drawing chambers and wiring;

— the supply and installation of the sewage supply line and discharge of treated water.

The provision and implementation of external developments:

— roadway repairs in heavy and pedestrian roads;

— rainfall sanitation of roads;

— green spaces (grass, hedge...);

— the closures and gates, for illustrative purposes, the estimated expenditure is EUR 1 000 000 excluding VAT (non-contractual amount).
