Award of contract notice for security guard services for the city hall.

Trondheim Municipality would like to enter into a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of manual security guard services. The scheme will be used for contracts from and including NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. Assignments for less than NOK 500,000 excluding VAT will be procured under framework agreements.

Trondheim Municipality would like to enter into a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of manual security guard services. The scheme will be used for contracts from and including NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. 

Only qualified suppliers will have access to the published competitions under the scheme.

New suppliers can continually qualify for participation.

The need can involve different types of stationary security guard services, mobilee security guard services, turn-outs after alarms, duty telephone, and flag services. The list is not exhaustive.

Assignments for less than NOK 500,000 excluding VAT will be procured under the framework agreement. The framework agreement will only be used by procurements above NOK 500,000 if there is not time to hold a separate competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
