FWC for managed IT workplace services:

1. provision of hardware as-a-service: workstations (hybrid devices -combination of tablet-laptop in one device-, laptop computers, desktop computers, small-factor computers for special purposes (e.g., info screens, kiosks);

2. mobile phones;

3. multifunctional devices/printers (MFD/printers, plotters) and managed printing services;

4. relevant peripherals (computer screens, port replicators (devices connecting computers to the peripherals), external keyboards, mice;

5. accessories (cables, adapters, other accessories, extra chargers, external storage units (USB drives, external hard disk drives, etc.), protective covers. The contractor will also provide device management, operating system management, end-user software application management, device security management, lifecycle management of devices, maintenance of devices, support to the ECHA ICT Helpdesk, first and second level support to ECHA users, and professional consulting services.

The procurement procedure is an open call for tenders that aims at the establishment of a framework service contract with a single service provider.
