Gjesdal, Bjerkreim, Klepp, Strand and Time Municipalities, hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of toys, art materials, and outside toys suitable for children of all ages and with varying functional levels.

Time Municipality has the secretarial function for this contest, and will have all contact with the tenderers on behalf of the contracting authority.

The contracting authority would like tenders for the delivery of toys, art materials, and outside toys within the following main product groups:

Group 1: Toys and games;

Group 2: Art, craft and hobby;

Group 3: Large toys and bicycles with a service offer.

The contract will be valid for all entities in the municipalities, but nurseries, schools and before-and-after school care will be the major users of the products.

The contracting authority´s units vary in size and have different needs. The purchasing pattern in the different units will therefore

Vary somewhat.

The contracting authority has separate contracts for the office and school supplies product group, as well as for teaching resources. Some

Products that are used as art material and games are included in these contracts, and will, therefore, not be included in this contract.

The framework agreement will not include fixed outside toys.

The contracting authority reserves the right to announce separate tenders for major investment procurements for new buildings and total renovations.
