The purpose of the tender is to contract a Contractor who provides the services - foreign business trips - in accordance with the tender documents, unburdens the members, communicates proactively and has an eye for sustainability.

The contracting authority is Vereniging Partos, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, acting for itself and also representing the members in this by the Executive Board, is the contracting organisation for its members. The scope of the assignment is foreign missions. Reference is also made to Chapter 1 of the Descriptive Document.
