The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority's electricity collection points under the terms laid down in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (text one. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 of late), hereinafter referred to as the “Energy Law” and in implementing acts issued pursuant to it, with certain quality standards.
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority's electricity collection points under the terms laid down in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (text one. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 of late), hereinafter referred to as the “Energy Law” and in implementing acts issued pursuant to it, with certain quality standards. The quality standards of electricity are described in the Energy Law Act, in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions of the operation of the electricity system (text one. Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93 item 623 of late), in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and clearing in electricity trading (text one. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503 of late).
2. The total estimated volume of electricity supplied is 8,793,000 kWh.
