The purpose of this contract is the comprehensive maintenance service of the various buildings and facilities for administrative use of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, which guarantees the preventive and technical legal maintenance of the various buildings. On the other hand, it is also essential for the proper operation, maintenance, repair of damaged elements and installations and also to have the logistical support to solve emergencies that occur outside the working day.
