Construction of the infrastructure of the Szczecin Zdroje Stop, extension of Walecznych streets together with technical infrastructure as part of task 3.2.A: Construction of junctions and interchange stops along with devices related to the integration of transport on railway lines 273, 351, 401 and 406 as part of the Construction of the Szczecin Metropolitan Railway using existing sections of railway lines No. 406, 273, 351." in the design and build formula.

1. The subject of the contract includes “Implementation of the infrastructure of Szczecin Zdroje Stop, expansion of Waleowych streets together with technical infrastructure within task 3.2.A: Construction of interchanges and stops together with equipment related to the integration of transport on railway lines 273, 351, 401 and 406 as part of the Construction of the Szczecin Metropolitan Railway using existing sections of railway lines no. 406, 273, 351.” in the formula design and build within the scope of which includes:

1) verification and update of the design documentation received from the Contracting Authority of all industries, together with supplementation of documentation with missing elaborations, decisions, documents, opinions and arrangements;

2) the execution of the construction and execution project for the aforementioned task, performed on the map for design purposes together with the development of objects and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works (TWIORB) in the following industries:

(a) land use,

b) road,

c) lighting, including stop carriages, etc.,

(d) power supply of passenger information boards, information pylon, city monitoring etc.,

e) rain drainage, terrain drainage (if necessary),

(f) remove collisions with existing land armaments,

(g) teletechnical including sewerage necessary to cover the city monitoring system together with the installation of city monitoring,

h) greenery and small architecture, including fences, greenery inventory, clipping plan, planting plan,

(i) temporary organization of traffic for the duration of construction,

j) constant organization of movement,

k) bioz information,

l) field and legal developments, including real estate division projects (if necessary),

m) other required specifics of the task.

3) Obtaining on behalf and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, on the basis of received from the contracting authority and the fine-designed design documentation of the final document enabling the carrying out of construction works, in accordance with the applicable regulations. As a document enabling construction works, the final decision to authorise the implementation of a road investment or a final decision on a construction permit is understood. In the special case, where it complies with universally applicable rules, the Contracting Authority may allow the investment to be carried out on the basis of a certificate of non-objection to the notification of works not requiring a building permit;

4) perform authorial supervision in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract attached to the SWZ;

5) the execution of construction works including: demolition of existing building structures, construction of road layout of Walenego Street and bus bays, reconstruction and construction of sidewalks, access to platforms, construction and reconstruction of street lighting network, construction of telecommunications sewerage, reconstruction of colliding power and teletechnical networks, construction of the power supply of teletechnical cabinets and small architecture equipment, construction of vision monitoring, construction of elements of small architecture (such as: SIP board, information pylon, supports, waste baskets, stop sheds), felling of trees and shrubs, stand management and spatial layout of greenery.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: a model contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, and the Functional and Utility Program together with attachments constituting Annex No. 4
