The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from real estate where residents live, located in the Żabno Municipality in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of mass levels of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with applicable regulations. The entity collecting municipal waste from property owners will be obliged to transfer the collected municipal waste to waste recovery and disposal installations, in particular municipal installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the Waste Act. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is set out in:

The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from real estate where residents live, located in the Żabno Municipality in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of mass levels of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with applicable regulations. The entity collecting municipal waste from property owners will be obliged to transfer the collected municipal waste to waste recovery and disposal installations, in particular municipal installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the Waste Act. The scope of the contract includes acceptance and development during the period covered by the contract:
a) Mixed municipal waste, collected respectively in containers from single-family residential buildings and summer houses displayed on the collection route and from multi-family buildings displayed at designated points (waste code 20 03 01)
b) Selectively collected municipal waste, collected in appropriately marked bags and containers from residential buildings (single and multi-family, summer houses), exhibited, i.e.:
− Plastics, plastic packaging waste, multi-plant packaging waste, metals, packaging waste from metals
− white and colored glass, glass packaging waste
– paper waste, including cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging waste:
(c) ash
d) expired medicines and drug packaging from containers delivered by the contractor and located in 3 points in the Żabno Commune.
(e) Bio-waste collected in appropriately labelled bags and containers
from residential buildings
(f) Bulky waste
