Description:
Successive supply of liquid fuels

The subject of the order is to ensure successive supply of liquid fuels: ON diesel (standard), ON diesel (with improved low temperature properties), unleaded petrol Pb-95, LPG gas, and propan-butane gas in 11 kg cylinders.

1. The subject of the contract is to ensure successive supply of liquid fuels:

(a) ON diesel (standard, climatic) in an amount of approximately 2 605 m3,

(b) ON diesel (with improved low temperature properties) in an amount of about 50 m3,

(c) unleaded petrol Pb-95 in an amount of approximately 705 m3;

2) deliveries will be carried out by the contractor at their own expense;

3. The quantities of fuel delivered will be accounted for at a reference temperatureof 15 byC;

4) the fuels offered must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (OJ 2015, item 1680) and the Polish Standard:

(a) diesel (ON standard) — PN-EN 590,

(b) diesel (ON with improved low temperature) — PN-EN 590,

(c) gasoline Pb-95 — PN-EN 228;

5) the fuel contractor offered must comply with the conditions for marketing and use in Poland;

6) payment terms for liquid fuels:

Payment due for the performance of the contract will be transferred to the contractor's bank account on the basis of VAT invoices, keeping the prices and deadlines specified by the parties in the contract. The Contracting Authority shall require that the payment date be 30 days from the date of delivery of the correct invoice.

1) the subject of the contract is to ensure successive supply of LPG gas, relevant to climatic conditions, totalling approximately 515,000 litres;

2) deliveries will be carried out by the contractor at their own expense;

3) payment terms:

Payment due for the performance of the contract will be transferred to the contractor's bank account on the basis of VAT invoices, keeping the prices and deadlines specified by the parties in the contract. The Contracting Authority shall require that the payment date be 30 days from the date of delivery of the correctly issued invoice;

4) formal requirements for marketing admission.

The fuel offered by the contractor must meet the conditions for marketing and use in Poland. The LPG gas offered must meet the quality requirements for liquefied LPG gas in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 14 April 2016 on quality requirements for liquefied gas (LPG) (OJ of 2016, item 540).

1) The subject of the order is to ensure successive supply of propan-butane gas in 11 kg cylinders in a total amount of approximately 5 500 pcs.

The particles supply of gas in the cylinders should be made to order placed by the contracting authority. Delivery date will be agreed by the parties, but not later than 48 hours after the order is placed;

2. The supplied propan-butane gas in the cylinders must meet the quality requirements in accordance with PN-EN 589 and the conditions for marketing and use in Poland;

3) the Contractor shall lease free of charge to the Contractor for the duration of the contract in good technical and aesthetic condition, legalised steel cylinders and gas storage containers;

4) payment terms:

Payment due for the performance of the contract will be transferred to the contractor's bank account on the basis of VAT invoices, keeping the prices and deadlines specified by the parties in the contract. Required payment date 30 days from the date of delivery of the correctly issued invoice.
