The object of service is the property security services for the Werner-Düttmann-Siedlung, which comprises 557 residential units and three commercial units including parking spaces/underground garages. The service includes the patrol and securing of certain stabbing points in the settlement on a calendar day, in particular at night, as well as logging by two security staff within a fixed time window. This also includes patrols in the stairwells, garages and cellars in the settlement. The basis is the bill of quantities.
