1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a system of legal information for the State Administration Units indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. The quantities of licences for individual Units and the date of completion of the obligations currently incurred by each Unit are included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. Appendix No. 1 to SWZ, i.e. the List of State Administration Units covered by the Order for the Supply of the Legal Information System, together with the list of license quantities, is a separate file in Excel format.

4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its execution is set out respectively in Annex 2 to the SWZ constituting the Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Annex 3 to the SWZ constituting the Designed provisions of the contract.

6. The Contracting Authority may invalidate the procurement procedure if the funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to him.

5. The execution of the order will take place on the basis of the contract concluded between the Contractor and each Unit. The detailed conditions under which contracts will be concluded on behalf of each Unit are set out in the Designed provisions of the Agreement, which are Annex 3 to the SWZ.
