It is planned to build about 3150 sq. m. meters universal gym and swimming pool complex (universal gym for 500 seats, suitable for basketball, hall football, handball, combat sports and weightlifting competitions; active exercise movement - gymnastics hall; gym) on a land plot of 1.95 hectares in the city of Joniškis. The municipality will conclude a public-private partnership agreement for a period of 18 years, of which 3 years are provided for the construction and design of the complex, and the remaining 15 years for the provision of services. The work on the design, construction and installation of the object, the administration and maintenance of the object, the management of the object and the territory, cleaning and removal of garbage will be transferred to the private entity.
