The procurement concerns advisory services primarily used by the ownership steering functions of the ministries involved in the Government's competitive tendering, but also by other ministries if necessary, for ownership steering or other financial assignments.
Advisory services typically include tasks related to defining ownership strategy, valuations of companies, corporate and ownership arrangements, financing arrangements, share sales and acquisitions, or other closely related tasks.
Advisory services may also concern other financial tasks related to corporate governance or other financial tasks of the ministries involved.
The procurement establishes a framework agreement for six (6) suppliers that is valid for four years.
The operators selected for the framework agreement shall not have exclusive rights to the services.
The procurement will be carried out as a procurement ring led by the Prime Minister's Office (VNK), which includes the following ministries
- Ministry of Transport and Communications (LVM)
- Ministry of Education and Culture
- Ministry of Social Affairs and Health
- Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment
- Ministry for Foreign Affairs (MFA)
- Ministry of Finance
- Ministry of the Environment (YM)
A more detailed description of the service to be procured is presented in Appendix 1 Service description of the invitation to tender.
Six (6) suppliers will be included in the framework agreement if there are so many successful tenderers meeting the minimum requirements and so many tenders in accordance with the invitation to tender.
The duration of the framework agreement shall be four years. Individual orders placed on the basis of a framework agreement must be placed during the framework agreement and may be valid for a maximum of one year after the termination of the framework agreement.
