This specification covers up to [4] UTMC compliant vehicle counter devices installed at visitor entry and exits at [2] Park and Ride sites which will communicate car park occupancy data to the central system for subsequent display on VMS.

The entire TSP system will be controlled from the existing Somerset County Council Urban Traffic Management and Control (SCC UTMC) system, for which Cloud Amber provides a common database.
