1. The contracting authorities described in Chapter I of the SWZ shall jointly conduct the public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the PPL). The contracting authority authorized to conduct the procedure and select the most advantageous offer (part 1 and part 2 of the contract) is the Municipality of Brodnica. Orders will be awarded (signed by contracts for the supply of electricity) by the contracting authorities described in Chapter XVIII.
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 1,034 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 11,356.95 MWh, including:
1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) – 10 033.69 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ,
2) For the needs of road lighting (Lot 2 of the contract) – 1 323.26 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1b to the SWZ.
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 790 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 10 033.69 MWh.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. The measuring system with tariff group B shall be adapted to the procedure for changing the seller.
6. Contracting Authority Municipality of Bobrowo in nw. Objects:
a) has the status of a Producer PPE number 590243895024354036 - the ordering party has an installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 7.29 kWp. The contracting authority envisages concluding with the contractor whose offer will be selected, a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in RES micro-installations and not used at the place of its production (approximately 5.00 MWh per year), which will be valid throughout the delivery period.
b) will have the status of a Producer: the Wiejska common room collection point on plot No. 204/13 - the contracting authority from January 2024 (planned date of connection) will have the installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 27.36 kWp. The contracting authority, after launching the installation, plans to conclude with the contractor whose offer will be selected, a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in a RES micro-installation and not used (approximately 21.88 MWh per year), which will be valid throughout the delivery period.
The contracting authority will agree to conclude contracts for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.
7. The Contracting Authority of the Municipality of Ciechanów shall have the status of a Producer for:
a) PPE number 590243872015898946, the customer has an installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 10.01 kWp. The contracting authority plans to conclude with the contractor whose bid will be selected, a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in RES micro-installations and not used (about 2.00 MWh per year), which will be valid throughout the delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.
b) PPE number 590243872015961657, the ordering party has an installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 30.03 kWp. The Ordering Party does not provide for resale, because the generated energy will be fully used for own needs.
8. The Contracting Authority Kowalewo Pomorskie Municipality has the status of a Manufacturer for objects with PPE numbers: 590243891022437474, 590243891022650866, 590243891022355365, 590243891023767044. The Ordering Party has installed photovoltaic panels on the above-mentioned facilities with a capacity (respectively: 50.00 kWp, 51.50 kWp, 39.97 kWp, 51.50 kWp). The Ordering Party does not provide for resale, because the generated energy will be fully used for own needs.
9. The Contracting Authority Gmina Zbiczno has the status of a Producer: PPE number 590243895024017351, the Ordering Party has the installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 39.60 kWp. The contracting authority plans to conclude with the contractor whose bid will be selected, a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in RES micro-installations and not used (about 0.50 MWh per year), which will be valid throughout the delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.
10. The Ordering Party, the Municipality of Books, has the status of a Manufacturer: PPE number 590243892040703114, 590243892020676742, 590243892020874278 590243892042920700 the ordering party has photovoltaic panel installations. The contracting authority envisages concluding with the contractor whose offer will be selected, a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in RES micro-installations and not used, which will be valid throughout the delivery period. 5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
