Description:
RELATED MARKET:1- The pouring of inert materials and waste from the territory of the Municipality of Schaerbeek, excluding household waste – or similar; 2- The ecological treatment of green waste; 3-Storage before disposal of certain waste; 4-Maintenance of a hydrocarbon separator. For a period of 3 years with the possibility of extension of 1 additional year.

These specifications govern a service contract relating to:

1- The pouring of inert materials and waste from the territory of the Municipality of Schaerbeek, excluding household waste – or similar – incinerable;

2- The ecological treatment of green waste;

3- Storage before disposal of certain waste;

4- Maintenance of a hydrocarbon separator.

Comment:

The duration of the contract is 3 years. If necessary, the duration of the contract could be extended by a further year.

The contract will come into force on the date set out in the order letter. Therefore, the period of validity of the contract will be calculated from the date specified in that letter.

The tenderer may respond to one or more lots.

The contract is divided into 24 lots as follows:

Lot 1: Bulky household waste (e.g. carpets, composite furniture, etc.);

Lot 2: Sweeping sludge;

Lot 3: Pure inert waste (bricks, concrete and ceramics), without residues;

Lot 4: Inert waste with residues;

Lot 5: Mixed green waste (clipping, stumps, pruning offcuts, etc.);

Lot 6: Treated wood waste (frames, doors, furniture...);

Lot 7: Raw wood waste (untreated: pallets, boxes, ...);

Lot 8: Hard plastic waste;

Lot 9: Plastic flower pots;

Lot 10: Various metals;

Lot 11: Cardboard boxes and bags of paper found on the public highway as well as packaging cartons;

Lot 12: Tires;

Lot 13: Waste "industrial" type of electrical and electronic equipment;

Lot 14: Asbestos-containing materials;

Lot 15: Chemical waste – communal activities and clandestine dumps;

Lot 16: Chemical waste – School laboratory;

Lot 17: Medical waste – School centres;

Lot 18: Used gas cylinders – butane or propane: large returnees or small "camping gas" type;

Lot 19: Used gas cylinders – nitrous oxide;

Lot 20: Used gas cylinders excluding butane-propane and nitrous oxide (varied: refrigerant products, etc.);

Lot 21: Used mattresses;

Lot 22: Maintenance of a hydrocarbon separator;

Lot 23: wood waste treated to the heart;

Lot 24: end-of-life motorcycles – ELVs.

The principle of the lot contract allows the contracting authority to reserve the right to award each lot separately to the tenderer who has made the most advantageous tender. Each batch will be analyzed individually.

The contracting authority shall have the right to award only certain lots and, possibly, to decide that the other lots will be the subject of one or more new contracts, if necessary in accordance with another award procedure.

Place of service:

This contract concerns waste resulting from the activity of the Municipal Services as well as waste collected on the public highway of the territory of the Municipality of Schaerbeek.
