See II. 2.4)
Bremen-Gröpelingen is the largest and most populous district in the west of the Hanseatic city of Bremen. With a share of about 18 percent of children and adolescents, Gröpelingen is above the Bremen average. The former workers' district with a comparatively young population is growing, creating a need for new educational facilities.
The subject of the procedure is the new construction of a four-prong inclusive elementary school with all-day offer, refectory and a one-field gym. The elementary school is to be trained as a W + E location (perception and development) and also to train children with physical or mental limitations. Currently, the primary school with three 1st class uses an old building on the site. In the summer of 2018, a container plant was erected next to the old building, which will house the next vintages in the next three years. After completion of the new building, the open spaces of the primary school and the new high school Gröpelingen are to be trained to a common campus.
From the point of view of sustainability, the planning of an environmentally friendly and at the same time operating cost-optimized technical building equipment is desired. In accordance with the energy requirements for new construction and renovation of the state and the municipality of Bremen, the new building is to be built in the passive house standard.
The new construction of the school will be about 5 900 m
In order to solve the task of object planning, in the summer of 2018 a construction competition with a free space planning component was tendered. The architecture firm designated to provide the object planning services will be announced after the conclusion of the subsequent negotiated procedure.
The completion of the building is for the III. Provided for quarter 2022.
