The Medical Service of the Krankenversicherung Niedersachsen (MDKN) issues the provision and operation of a personnel information system as part of the competitive dialogue.

The MDKN requires a multi-client-capable personnel information system for z. Currently 1 100 HR master records (can be extended by clients and master records). Furthermore, a sufficient number of inactive master records for departed, no longer employed employees, for several years, ie in accordance with legal requirements, should be available.

The provider has to build a redundant "on-premise" solution as private HR cloud in the data centers of the MDKN (Hildesheimer Str. 202, 30519 Hannover). Virtualization in the existing VMware environment or provision of services from the cloud is not desired.

The MDKN requires complete access to:

- the wage type control,

- Authorization roles incl. Administration of users and user roles,

- Workflows for digital mapping of HR processes.
