1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of a vacuum sputtering machine (1 pc.) specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

2. A detailed description of the object of the contract is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3) The scope of the order includes: purchase of the device along with its delivery, transport, unloading and carrying to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as installation of the device and training of the Ordering Party's employees (min. 5 – max. 6 people) in the theory, use and operation of the device, on the day of delivery, at the place of installation of the device. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service;

4) Lead time: up to 3 months from the date of concluding the contract;

5) Minimum warranty period required: 12 months;

6) Detailed terms and conditions of execution of the order and terms of payment are included in the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.
