Supply of fuel to the pump for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 - joint city-CPAS market.

The purpose of the business is to supply fuels using magnetic cards for unlimited use and to collect fuels (unleaded petrol, diesel, AD blue and CNG) for vehicles at the pumps of an oil company using these cards ( provided with a secret code) on Belgian territory.

The market is divided as follows:

- lot 1: supply of fuels, petrol or diesel,

- lot 2: supply of AD BLUE,

- lot 3: supply of CNG.

Place of delivery: collection of fuel directly at the pump by municipal services.
