Statsbygg, region east invites companies to an open tender competition for framework agreements for engineering design servics for future maintenance and construction works. The areas that shall be covered by the contract are region east's properties in Oslo, Akershus, Østfold, Hedmark and Oppland.

One framework agreement shall be awarded for each of the following professions for each area:

Areas:

1. Oslo;

2. Akershus and Østfold;

3. Hedmark and Oppland.

Professions:

— architect (ARK),

— landscape architect (LARK),

— consultant engineer construction (RIB),

— consultant engineer HVAC (RIV),

— consultant engineer electro (RIE).

Tenders can be given for one or several professions and areas. The competition is being held by profession and by area, tenders shall therefore not be given that presuppose a contract award within several professions and areas (i.e. no tenders with discounts).

Some assignments can require assistance from RIG, RIBR, RIAKU. The services will be procured from RIB who will possiby cover the areas with sub suppliers.

The estimated extent is approx. 0.5 - 4 manlabour years per annum, per profession and area, but this can vary according to the amount of assignments, need and budget. The estimate amount is not binding.
