The target group is youths in the transition between the 9th and 10th years who are in danger of developing norm-breaking behaviour, and who do not experience mastering in school nor belong to the community.
The assignment is to be carried out in summer in 2024 and 2025. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract for up to a further one (1) + one (1) year, i.e., for the years 2026 and 2027 on unchanged terms.

The target group is youths in the transition between the 9th and 10th years who are in danger of developing norm-breaking behaviour, and who do not experience mastering in school nor belong to the community. The target group is in danger of not completing sixth form education.
In order to ease the transition from secondary school to sixth form college, we would like tenderers to offer a mentor/guidance scheme for the youth group that applies until the end of the first term in sixth form college.
A start-up meeting must be arranged in order to clarify any adaptations in the delivery, cf. the requirements specification.
The contract's estimated value is NOK 2.5 million a year and NOK 10 million for the entire contract period.
