1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 — “Forests Act”) covering work on forest farming and conservation, logging and breaking of timber for performance in the area of the Forest District of Red Manor in the year 2021.
2. The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of work on forest farming and conservation, logging and breaking of wood and animal species protection resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ, which shall consist of:
— Annex No 3.1. — the size of the work by group of activities,
— Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system,
— Annex 3.3. — a statement of difficulty and obstruction coefficients and spun zones and distances.
3) Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. are estimates.
Package VI - Rapa forestryThe implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). Indicated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. the location (forest address) of individual forest works falling under the Subject Matter of the Agreement is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. item 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

The quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract and the descriptions of the technology for carrying out individual forestry work (activities) included in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ. A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Personnel potential condition (the Contractor has at his disposal):
At least 3 persons entitled to work with a saw or equivalent to at least 1 piece of harwester forest machine and 1 person entitled to work with a saw
At least 1 supervisor with forestry education or having a diploma of completing a vocational study providing forestry services
At least 1 obstacle in the work with chemicals (Journal of Laws 2013 item 554 or equivalent)
Package XIV - forestry RogonieThe implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package ("Package Implementation Area").
