The Contractor must perform the following activities:

a) Purchase (acceptance)* of the waste paper and cardboard collected by the Client (OPK) on a transhipment

en/of verwerkingslocatie;

b) Optional (where applicable): transport from the transhipment site to the processing site;

c) Ensure the marketing (sorting, processing and sale) of waste paper and cardboard (OPK);

d) Take care of the financial and administrative handling to the Client.

On the basis of historical data, the estimated amount of waste paper and board is estimated as follows:

- Household paper and cardboard: 1,200,000 kilograms

- Paper and cardboard companies: 300,000 kilograms
