Construction of the galleries and the building hosting the post in a metal envelope 225 kV (MSEM). The project is located in the commune of Saint-Ouen, 93400 within the Ecoquartier des Docks de Saint-Ouen. This construction market will be in all bodies of state (general contractor).

The project is located in the commune of Saint-Ouen, 93400 within the Ecoquartier des Docks de Saint-Ouen. The objective of the market is to create a building in which a Metallic Envelope Post (MSEM) will be integrated.

The installation of the building will be at the alignment of the future Simone Veil lane. The frame is defined in two separate volumes:

— in the1st plan, we find control areas and social premises in volumes at the pedestrian scale;

— in 2d plan, the volume of the SEM takes place in larger dimensions.

An important part of the project is located in infrastructure, the aim is to reconnect existing galleries in the basement of the MSEM and thus ensure the reconnection of the HTB links.
