Non-exclusive grid connection/EBoP works framework agreement for EDF renewables' Ireland projects, including but not limited to wind farms, solar farms and battery storage systems.

The provision of goods and services in relation to grid connection/EBoP works for EDF renewables' renewable energy projects in Ireland:

— design and engineering,

— project management,

— procurement, supply and delivery,

— construction and installation,

— testing and commissioning,

— provision of warranties and guarantees,

— defects correction.

Non-exclusive framework agreements covering the above for a period of 3 years plus 2 x 12-month extension options.
