1. The subject of the contract is the supply of food products up to 35 PGIs, i.e. sauces, soups, processed spices, coffee, tea, instant dishes, multi-flower nectar honey intended for the current nutrition of soldiers carried out on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense candidate of 4.12.2014 on free feeding of professional soldiers and soldiers on duty (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1604, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 24.03.2011 on feeding soldiers of active military service (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1134, as amended) and other legal acts.
2. The Ordering Party divided the object of the order into four parts:
Delivery of sauces, soups and seasonings intended for current nutrition of soldiers of military units located in the supply area of 35 WOG in 2024The subject of the contract for lot No. 1 is the supply of sauces, soups and seasoning processed for feeding in canteens of the area of responsibility of the 35th WOG.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract for part No. 1 is indicated in Annex 7 to the SWZ.
Delivery of coffee and tea intended for ongoing nutrition of soldiers of military units located in the area of supply of 35 WOG in 2024The subject of the contract for lot No. 2 is the supply of coffee and tea intended for feeding in the canteens of the responsibility area of the 35th WOG.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract for part No. 2 is indicated in Annex 7 to the SWZ.
Delivery of instant meals intended for current nutrition of soldiers of military units located in the area of supply 35 WOG in 2024The subject of the contract for part No. 3 is the delivery of instant dishes intended for feeding in canteens of the responsibility area of the 35th WOG.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract for part No. 3 is indicated in Annex 7 to the SWZ.
Delivery of multifloral nectar honey intended for ongoing feeding of soldiers of military units located in the supply area of 35 WOG in 2024The subject of the contract for lot No. 4 is the supply of multi-flowered nectar honey intended for feeding in canteens of the area of responsibility of the 35th WOG.
