The City of Helsinki's Construction Services Enterprise (Stara) requests your offer for vans in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendix to the invitation to tender (Appendix 2). The estimated purchase volume of vans is about 50 units. Tenders can be made for one, several, or all items, as well as for different makes and models of cars that meet the requirements of the invitation to tender.
