Consulting with a view to taking out insurance contracts guaranteeing the financial risks linked to the statutory social protection of staff of local authorities and public establishments pursuant to Law No 84-53, Decree No 86-552 and the General Civil Service Code. Membership is offered to local authorities and public institutions in Isère, whether or not affiliated to the management centre. Insurance contracts are open to approximately 313 employers representing approximately 12,500 agents

This contract consists of a firm tranche and optional tranches. The firm tranche is a framework agreement with purchase orders. The firm tranche covers the insurance of statutory risks (CNRACL and/or Ircantec agents) for local authorities and public institutions in Isère affiliated or not to the management center employing a maximum of 30 agents affiliated to the CNRACL.
