Søgne Municipality will construct new sheltered accommodation flats at Klepland by Tangvall in the centre of Søgne. The building will be established over 5 floors as well as a basement under parts of the building, and a technical room and terrace on the roof.

Søgne Municipality will construct new sheltered accommodation flats at Klepland by Tangvall in the centre of Søgne. The building will be established over 5 floors as well as a basement under parts of the building, and a technical room and terrace on the roof.

The building will be established on an almost flat plot on the property with cadastral No 73 and title No 67 in Søgne Municipality.

The development plan is still being processed, but it has been sent out for a hearing. The plan is that it will be discussed again in the planning committee on 22.5.2019 and will be finalised by the municipal council before the summer holidays.

The construction start will be at the latest 1.10.2019.
