Kajave Oy (hereinafter referred to as “subscriber” or “contracting entity”) requests candidates to submit an application for participation in the negotiation procedure in accordance with the procurement notice published in the HILKA notification channel and this request for participation and its annexes.
Kajave Oy (Subscriber) is part of the Loiste Group and acts as a distribution system manager as defined by the Electricity Market Act in an area of network responsibility covering the nine municipalities of Kainuu, as well as the municipality of Pytailä and part of the municipality of Saikalatva in northern Ostrobothnia. The subscriber is responsible for the transmission of electricity in its network area, the construction, operation and maintenance of the electricity network, and the purchase of related services.
The subscriber currently produces Kajave network access centre services for the power grid in the Kajave network. The subscriber's objective is to outsource the operating and monitoring service of the electric distribution network, known as the operating centre services, through this competition. The outsourcing is carried out in such a way that the Subscriber currently produced as his own work is transferred to the selected vendor in the scope described in the final call for tender by means of a transfer agreement and between Subscriber and Vendor for access centre services contract.
Annex 1 to the request for participation provides a preliminary view of the service being acquired. The final item service description is defined as the final call for tender.
The motion release agreement under the final call for tender specifies in detail what transferable contracts and movable assets are included in the disposal of the movement and what the transaction price is specified for the business.
In addition to the contract for handing over the movement, the Subscriber and Supplier enter into a staff transfer agreement under which the Supplier undertakes to take the employees involved in the operation centre activities (according to the preliminary plan, 4 persons) under Article 10 of the Employment Contracts Act (26.1.2001/55) as employees.
