Kentalis wants one contractor per plot who takes on construction work and 24-hour shifts. Which professionally carries out architectural work for the various buildings, so that they are maintained in a cost-efficient manner. The buildings are well maintained, safe and contribute in a sustainable way to a positive experience of the employees, residents, patients and students of Kentalis.
The intended effective date of the framework agreements is 1 December 2023 and they have an initial term of 4 years with twice a 2-year renewal option.
