The subject of the contract is the supply of synthetic turbine aviation oil of viscosity class 5 mm2 / s with NATO code O-160 (e.g. Turbonycoil 699 or equivalent) in the years 2023 - 2025 in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Ordering Party included in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ and the quality clause constituting Annex 4 to the contract and in the quantities presented in the table indicated in Chapter III SWZ - paragraph 1, whereas the quantities included in the option in the column "quantity in the option" may be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the column "basic quantity" in the event of the Ordering Party's needs in this respect. The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor about the intention to exercise the option right together with the quantity of the ordered subject of the contract and the place of its delivery in a given calendar year.

Year 2023 - basic quantity: 15 000 kg, optional quantity: 7 000 kg,

Year 2024 - basic quantity: 15 000 kg, optional quantity: 7 000 kg,

Year 2025 - basic quantity: 15 000 kg, optional quantity: 7 000 kg,

TOTAL: basic quantity and optional quantity: 66,000 kg.
