The subject of the contract in this tender procedure is: delivery of medical equipment: bronchonavigation, hereinafter referred to as "goods" or "equipment" in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the "Assortment and Price Form" constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and in accordance with the "Offer Form", constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and meeting the limit parameters specified in the Annex "Technical Parameters" (Appendix 1a to the Offer Form) and in accordance with Appendix "Warranty and Service Conditions" (Appendix 1b to the Offer Form).
