This notice confirms the award of the Authority's Occupational Health requirements which have been tendered in compliance with the EU Procurement Regulations 2015 under the open procedure.

The contract has been awarded in Lots for Occupational Health Services.

The Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority is acting as lead authority for the following Fire and Rescue Services.

— Avon Fire & Rescue Service.

— Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service.

— Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service.

The Opportunity will be split into 3 Lots as follows:

The Contract has been awarded for an initial terms of 4 years (48 months). There is an option to extend for a further 12 months. Prices are fixed for two years and the projected spend for the first 2 years for all Authority's is circa 1 320 000 GBP.

Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority is conducting a tendering exercise on behalf of the Participating Services (Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, Avon Fire & Rescue Service and Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service) for the provision of Occupational Health Services, based on an open tender procedure.

The Participating Services operate on a 24 hour per day/7 days per week /365 days per year basis. The overall objective of the Fire & Rescue Service is to make the communities we serve a safer place.

The Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority is acting as lead authority for the following Fire and Rescue Services.
