The building stock on the school grounds includes the listed main building of the Max Josef School from 1907.

Next to the main building is the 3-fold sports hall from the year 2000 (Trimax sports hall). The two buildings are connected by a transitional structure.

In order to meet the requirements of all-day care and to achieve optimal school operation, an extension is now necessary.

The all-day care is mainly to be accommodated in an extension. In order to keep the necessary extension as compact as possible, some rooms in the existing building must continue to be used.

A total of 820 square meters of HNF including the preparation kitchen and dining room are required for the full day.

For the Max-Josef-Grundschule: Extension construction measure lunchtime and all-day care, basic services according to HOAI in the area of object planning (buildings) according to HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1, § 33 ff. are required.

Achievements in phases 1 to 9 are awarded.

The services are ordered in stages:

Stage 1: Service phase 1 – 2, including the above-mentioned special services

Stage 2: Service phase 3 – 4, including the above-mentioned special services

Stage 3: Work phases 5 – 7 of the entire building

Stage 4: Work phases 8 – 9 complete buildings, including the above-mentioned special services

With award, the client will initially only provide the basic services of the service phase

2-4 of the extension. The Client reserves the right to restrict the transfer of the further performance levels.

The Client is free in his decision on further commissioning; a right to transfer

there are no other benefits.
