this consultation concerns door-to-door collection of green waste for the needs of the consortium made up of the municipalities of Bréxent-Enocq, Camiers, Cucq-Stella-Trépied, Étaples-Sur-Mer, Lefaux, Maresville, Le Touquet-Paris-Plage (coordinator), Widehem. The operation of the service is to be ensured for all 8 municipalities of the grouping which have different start and end dates of collection and different frequencies of passage. This is exclusively green waste, lawn clipping, leaves, branches, plant pruning products, etc., collected on the public domain. The Framework Agreement is single-awarding machine without negotiation or re-competition, and its duration is set at 12 months from 1 February 2023, renewable by tacit agreement from year to year without the duration exceeding 4 years. Variations in relation to the subject-matter of the contract are not allowed and there are no mandatory variants
The Framework Agreement will result in the issuance of purchase orders with a minimum number and a maximum number of annual passages:
- Bréxent-Enocq: minimum 15 passages and 20 passages maximum;
- Camiers: minimum 12 passages and 15 passages maximum;
- Cucq-Stella-Trépied: minimum 35 passages and 40 passages maximum;
- Étaples-sur-Mer: minimum 12 passages and 15 passages maximum;
- Lefaux : 13 passages minimum and 15 passages maximum;
- Maresville: minimum 15 passages and 20 passages maximum;
- Le Touquet-Paris-Plage: minimum 35 passages and 45 passages maximum;
- Widehem: minimum 15 passages and a maximum of 20 passages.
