within the framework of the regulations relating to works near networks, called "DT anti-damage reform - dict", the contract consists of the mandatory research (or not) made on existing structures and intended to specify their location, when the mapping of sensitive (or non-sensitive) buried networks is not precise enough, with the aim of locating them with a class A precision to thus report them on a cartographic support in accordance with the requirements of Decree dt dict 2011-1241 et seq., as well as the corresponding orders. Thus, the contract concerns the realization of operations of georeferenced location of works (Ol) and complementary investigations (Ic) non-intrusive or intrusive on the structures of the dry networks (Electricity, Telecom and Gas ...) and wet (AEP networks, wastewater and rainwater treatment, heating network, ...) on the territory of the urban community of Caen la mer in connection with the realization of the East-West axis of tramway. The term "work" means all or part of a line, installation as well as connection, accessory and equipment necessary for its operation. The contract also includes the (destructive) investigations to be carried out on the Rigole alimentaire structure:- construction of trenches on the public space, - identification of the extrados of the work in XYZ as well as the networks encountered, - measurement of the coverage of the extrados in relation to the current finite level of the shoes; - the identification of the existing networks encountered, and of any element likely to provide information on the environment of the work (characteristics of its condition structural., materials encountered...) - restoration of the premises - internal inspection of the intrados of the structure: by georeferenced photo report: specifying the networks encountered, the disorders observed, the connections, etc.
