The subject of the contract is the provision of the Project Management service entitled: Construction of a network of bicycle routes of Western Pomerania – Route Old Railway Trail stage V (Białogard, Smardzko – Wardyń).

1. The service includes:

1) management and coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the Project;

2) performing investor supervision and control over the execution of construction works in accordance with the Construction Law and the concluded contract for construction works;

3. Actions aimed at the timely execution of construction works;

4) documenting the progress of works;

5) fulfilling the reporting obligations agreed with the Project Manager;

6) exercising author's supervision in accordance with Article 20(4) of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 in the form of arrivals to the place of work, as well as works performed at the Contractor's headquarters. Planned number of supervisions: author's supervision related to the stay at the construction site – 10 supervision and 35 supervision performed at the Contractor's headquarters.

2. The scope of construction works includes:

1) removal of trees and shrubs,

2) photo of humus layer,

3) demolition of pavement, curbs,

4) reconstruction of culverts,

5) the performance of earthworks — excavations and embankments,

6) execution of the designed structure,

7) planting trees,

8) the setting of traffic protection devices,

9) implementation of horizontal and vertical markings.

3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Act.

4. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in Article 305(1) in conjunction with Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.

1) The scope of services shall be set at up to PLN 14,512.00 net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar services.

3) In addition, for the calculation of the gross remuneration of contracts (for project management and investor's supervision) referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority may use the following formula in the alternative:

4) in the scope of exercising author's supervision, the Contracting Authority shall use unit prices from the basic agreement to calculate the gross remuneration of contracts referred to in Article 305 point 1 in conjunction with Article 214 paragraph 1 point of the Act.
