The subject of this invitation to tender is the planning, design and furnishing of the presentation and exhibition areas as well as other visitor areas and offices (permanent exhibition, special exhibition space, cash register / shop and possibly café, office space) in Schloss Friedenstein in Gotha as well as the preparation of the funding required HU device.

The plan is to refurbish the permanent exhibitions of the Historical Museum (from prehistory to the 20th century) as well as natural history and geological collections (animal preparations, fossils, minerals, etc.). In addition there are areas for special exhibitions and events, storage areas, a cash register area with shop and possibly a café at a total of approx. 3,450 m 2 , The administrative area to be planned with office and social rooms amounts to approx. 770 m 2 , Rooms such as corridors / paths should be included in the planning scope. See attachment master plan.

The basis for the design and set-up are the user space requirements planning, exhibition concepts and requirements specified by the Stiftung Schloss Friedenstein Gotha. The planning implementation is to be coordinated with the Stiftung Schloss Friedenstein Gotha and, if required, with the Stiftung Thüringer Schlösser und Gärten. The exhibits for the presentation and exhibition areas are given and presented by the Schloss Friedenstein Foundation.

Continuous coordination and cooperation with the Foundation Thuringian Castles and Gardens is required.

Services:

- Creation of the HU device for the areas mentioned under II.,

- Consultation,

- exhibition design,

- installation of exhibitions,

- coordination with other experts involved in the planning, eg. B. ELT, security technology, etc.

Subject of the contract are planning services of the technical planning of the technical equipment - electrical engineering (ELT) - performance picture according to §55 HOAI, performance phase 1-9. In the performance phase 3, the HU device, subarea ELT, is to be created as a special service.

Continuous coordination and cooperation with the Thuringian Palace and Gardens Foundation and other planners is required.
